The Governance Committee meets monthly and are responsible for ongoing review, recommendations to the Chamber bylaws and making recommendations for new Board Members. The focus of the committee revolves around the following five areas: Board Role and Responsibilities, Board Composition, Board Knowledge, Board Effectiveness and Board Leadership.
